Futsal is the only FIFA and NZ Football approved version of five-aside football and the world’s fastest-growing indoor sport. Futsal is a small-sided – 5v5 – game played with a smaller low bounce ball, on a court without rebound walls or nets. It is a game that combines fun, creativity, speed, technique, teamwork and quick thinking. NZF Futsal has been designed to complement New Zealand Football’s existing programmes and promote and improve participation in football in New Zealand. All you need is the right attitude, soft soled shoes, long socks & shin pads to play one of the fastest growing indoor sports in NZ.

Entry Fees | Venue

Entry Fee $415.00 per team. 8 week competition. All matches will be played at Pettigrew Green Arena on either Mondays (starting 17th February) or Fridays (starting 21st February).

GRADES & ELIGIBILTY FOR 2025 - All Players should play in the correct grade. There has been changes to grades as we have now moved to birth years to determine your grade

SENIOR WOMEN – Players need to be at least 14 years of age (Monday)

SENIOR MEN – Players need to be at least 15 years of age (Friday)

SENIOR COMPETITIONS MIXED – teams can be made up of all male, all female or a mixture.

SENIOR SOCIAL – Players need to be at least 15 years of age (Monday)

Entries close once maximum capacity is reached or 10th February 2025.

These competitions are STRICTLY FIRST IN FIRST SERVE. We encourage teams to get your entries in as soon as possible.
